HOW TO PLACE AN ORDER

 

For all general enquiries and when making a purchase, or if you would like to discuss a bespoke or custom product, please email info@foldstudio.com.au or call +61 408 001 237, Mon - Fri 10 - 5pm.  All orders are to be placed in writing.

To purchase a WOVEN-FOLD - Danish Paper Cord Screen:

Please e-mail (info@foldstudio.com.au) confirming the item you wish to purchase,  clearly stating the timber preference, i.e. American Ash, American White Oak or American Black Walnut, and the danish paper cord colour you would like to purchase and delivery location.  

To purchase a FABRIC-FOLD - Fabric Screen

Please e-mail (info@foldstudio.com.au) confirming the following screen options you wish to purchase:

1. Screen to be - 3 or 4 panelled divider

2. Timber finish to be - American Ash, American White Oak or American Black Walnut - Refer Material Library

3. Size to be - Small, Medium or Large

4. Fabric to be - as selected from Material Library

5. Delivery location

Upon receipt of your enquiry, we will generate a customised Quotation for you, confirming your preferred options and advising possible delivery time and price.  This quote is valid for 14 days and is not an obligation to sell the Goods specified.  

To accept the Quote and due to the complexity of the screens, we will require a 50% deposit up-front to get your order into production.  

Once the deposit has been paid, we will send you an Invoice showing the full amount, less deposit paid, with an up-dated due date.  Invoices incur full expectation that the payment will be carried out. 

The remaining balance will be due at the completion of product and prior to delivery.  The lead times will normally be 2-6 weeks for fabric screens or 8-10 weeks for cord screens.

For international orders, shipping costs will be specified to you on both the Quotation and Invoice, but this does not include any duties or taxes incurred once the Goods have been shipped.  See Delivery terms for details.

Please note that lead times will vary and we are endeavouring to shorten the whole process.  We do hold some stock but, due to Covid, we are experiencing delays with some timbers and fabrics from US and European factories.
